Refund policy

I hope you will be happy with your AMOUDOU piece. 

If you would like to know more before making your choice, please feel free to get in touch. 

If you change your mind and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure the piece is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition.

To arrange a return, simply contact me. I will provide the return address and any information you may need. 

Please use a tracked shipping service and keep the tracking number until the return has been received. 

After inspecting the piece, I will issue the refund to the original payment method within one week. The cost of return shipping is not included in the refund.

Made-to-order, custom made, and personalised pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
